Richard Chamberlin - Lallemand Brewing
Bio
Richard has worked in the brewing industry since 2004, currently holding role of Technical Manager Australia for Lallemand brewing yeast, who he joined in 2020. Prior to Lallemand, he has worked for breweries in both the UK and Australia, holding several positions including Quality Assurance Manager and Head Brewer roles. Richard has also completed his Diploma in Brewing from the IBD. Aside from yeast and fermentation, Richard’s other interests in brewing include quality control and assurance, new brewing and packaging technology, as well as sustainability in the brewing industry.
