Bio
Hendo is a pro-brewer coach, mentor, teacher, international beer judge and founder of Rockstar Brewer Academy in Brisbane, Australia. He founded gypsy brewing company BrewCult, which won People’s Choice Beer at GABS 2015 and Champion Gypsy Brewer at the 2016 AIBAs. After BrewCult closed in 2017, Hendo dedicated himself to helping professional brewers brew world-class beer through quality, consistency and passion. His clients have won dozens of medals and trophies in commercial beer competitions worldwide.

Brewhouse efficiency is a major profit lever many breweries underuse. This session shows how to move toward 90% efficiency without new equipment by improving milling, mash and lautering process control.
