Ferment Industry Symposium
Grainstock Ferment brings together with a full day of learning, connection and celebration.
Start the morning with a Recovery Breakfast before heading into the Grainstock Symposium, featuring trade expos, presentations and insights from growers, researchers, brewers and industry leaders.
As the day rolls on, the focus shifts to celebrating the end product at the Symposium Lakeside Dinner — with great beer, food, music and plenty of opportunity to connect.
