GRAINSTOCK kicks off with two dedicated industry days, Fields and Ferment, designed to bring together the entire grain supply chain, from growers and breeders to maltsters, millers, bakers, brewers, distillers, equipment manufacturers and ingredient suppliers.

Accommodation
It highly recommended that delegates secure accommodation early in Griffith NSW.
Griffith will be the central point for all Grainstock events, including departure and return for all tours, evening events, and Grainstock Festival.
We will also have shuttle buses available to transport delegates to and from Griffith to Grainstock: Ferment (Industry Symposium and Tradeshow) at Whitton Malthouse on Friday 9th October.
